Maize : Due to Zinc deficiency in maize, interveinal portion of old leaves become yellowish to white. New leaves also show symptom of chlorosis so this is called white bud disease of maize.

Control Measure : Use O.C.I Zinc Sulphate ( 21% ) , Basal application in soil , Foliar spray on plants
